  • Opening of Plant 1 in Gumpoldskirchen.
  • Distribution of JPM slot machines, Wurlitzer jukeboxes and Williams pinball machines.
  • Production of the first Admiral Gaming Machines.

  • Beginning of expansion to Europe, initially Germany, France, Netherlands and Switzerland.

  • Expansion successfully continued to new markets and projects all over the world.

  • Development of the MPU 01 or Micro Processor Unit 01 hardware platform creating a basis for state-of-the-art slot machines.

  • Novomatic Automatenhandels GmbH receives recognition from the Austrian Ministry of Economic Affairs with the award of the Austrian Coat of Arms.
