Press Release May 7, 2007 Mr. Uwe Christiansen of NSM-Löwen Entertainment GmbH resigned Dr. Franz Wohlfahrt, CEO of Novomatic Group, today announced that Mr. Uwe Christiansen of NSM-Löwen Entertainment GmbH has resigned effective 30 April 2007. Mr. Christiansen has acquired shares in the former Bergmann Automaten GmbH and will be managing shareholder of the company. Dr. Wohlfahrt added, “We wish Mr. Christiansen every success with his endeavours in the German slot industry.” Dr. Wohlfahrt went on to express his appreciation also on behalf of Prof. Johann F. Graf, for Mr. Christiansen’s contributions to NSM-Löwen Entertainment GmbH and for his support for the Novomatic Group in general.
