- Live Table Accounting
It is quite a challenge for casino operators to keep a clear picture of things going on in the pits concerning turnover of live tables. Our software helps to keep track, gives an overview of turnovers, and is highly supportive in tasks such as daily settlement. The accounting system is extensively adaptable to individual and legal circumstances. Customized reports can be generated.
- NOVODROP
As an extension of Live Table Accounting, our highly sophisticated “N-Drop”- acceptor is available. All cash payments are automatically counted, registered in real-time and securely stored. The device will be integrated into the live table.
- Live Table Loyalty
Loyalty in live gaming is usually the duty of the pit boss, who observes a number of tables, to reward bonuses to certain clients, typically high-rollers. In order to facilitate this stressful duty, we offer an automated electronic system on a tablet-PC, that helps to calculate bets and the turnover of individual clients and thus enables subsequent bonusing. The system is highly customizable.
- Face Recognition for Live Tables
As a helpful extension of Live Table Loyalty, a face recognition system is available, which compares the facial images of guests around a table with the database of registered clients. The facial pictures of the guests are shown on the tablet-PC of the pit boss. Guests playing on two or more tables at the same time are monitored and recognized. If a guest is no more present at any table, the app will notify the pit boss. The software is fast and accurate, automatizes tasks of the pit boss and improves the efficiency of processes. Usually, the system works with two cameras unobtrusively hidden in poles, which are strategically positioned in the ideal angle in order to be able to capture all players’ faces in front of/around the table.
