NOVOMATIC AG Group expands Executive Board

The Supervisory Board of Europe’s leading gaming technology group has appointed Stefan Krenn as an additional Member of the Executive Board.

Gumpoldskirchen, February 16, 2024 – The Supervisory Board of NOVOMATIC AG has appointed Stefan Krenn, LL.M. as a new Member of the Executive Board with effect from February 15, 2024. In this function, he will form part of the three-person Executive Board of the international group, together with the two other members of the Executive Board, Ryszard Presch and Johannes Gratzl.

Krenn, who studied both economics and media law has already held various positions at the international gaming technology group since 2015. These included posts as Secretary General and Global Division Manager as well as, until recently, Authorized Representative of NOVOMATIC AG. Furthermore, the Upper Austrian is also Managing Director and Member of the Supervisory Board of various subsidiaries of this Group.
