NOVOMATIC AG reorganizes its Supervisory Board and Executive Board

Gumpoldskirchen, September 5, 2019 (OTS) – After years of rapid and successful expansion, NOVOMATIC has been pursuing a phase of consolidation and optimization for its corporate structures since last year. As an important intermediate step, the bodies of NOVOMATIC AG have now been reorganized and are now set up as follows:
Supervisory Board:
Dr. Bernd Oswald, Chairman
Martina Flitsch, Deputy Chairwoman
Dr. Robert Hofians, Supervisory Board member
Executive Board:
Harald Neumann, Chairman Executive Officer, CEO
Ryszard Presch, Chief Operating Officer, COO
Johannes Gratzl, Chief Financial Officer, CFO
As the new CEO of the Greentube Group, the former Chief Technology Officer Thomas Graf will assume responsibility for the promising online gaming market. Peter Stein has left his role as Chief Financial Officer by mutual consent, and Johannes Gratzl, Head of Group Treasury for many years, has succeeded him in this position. Bartholomäus Czapkiewicz, previously Chief Systems Officer, will continue to be responsible for this area as an authorized signatory. Dr. Christian Widhalm, Chief Investment Officer, has resigned from his position on the Executive Board for health reasons and will continue to be available to the company in an advisory capacity. Barbara Feldmann will continue to be represented on the Supervisory Board of Löwen Entertainment GmbH in Germany.
