NOVOMATIC has ranked in the Top Austrian Employers for the first time

In the latest issue of the business magazine trend, the ranking of the top 300 Austrian employers was published – NOVOMATIC has been awarded the fourth place in the “service” category.
The basis for the evaluation was an anonymous questionnaire of employees (from more than 1,000 Austrian companies), trend readers and members of social networks Xing and Kununu. Recipients were asked whether they recommended their employer. To begin, trend and Statista defined 20 branches and assigned the enterprises to these.
NOVOMATIC is very glad about this result because it confirms the measures that were put in place over the last two years and shows that NOVOMATIC develops as an employer steadily, not only to win the best professional forces and executives in the market but also to inspire the existing employees in the long-term.
NOVOMATIC can be proud to be recognized under the Top Austrian Employers for the first time. Possibilities for improvement exist and NOVOMATIC continues to work on further raising the attraction as an employer.
