NOVOMATIC regresa a SAGSE en Buenos Aires
Following a two-year absence from the major gaming exhibition in Argentina, due to importation restrictions imposed by the government that made it impracticable for international suppliers to exhibit, NOVOMATIC Gaming Industries returns to SAGSE this year and reaffirms its commitment to the market. Held at the Costa Salguero Convention Center in Buenos Aires on November 15-17, attendees look forward to a revival of the gaming show.

World Champion showcase for NOVOMATIC at G2E 2016
The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2016 in Las Vegas was the perfect opportunity for the NOVOMATIC Group to present its latest efforts in North America through its subsidiary NOVOMATIC Americas. This year’s exhibition booth increased in size to make way for the vast array of product innovation on display for both North American and international markets, as well as dedicated areas for Greentube, Octavian, NSBS and NLS. Representatives from the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia were all at the show to present the latest developments and meet their respective customers.

Greentube makes skill-based play with Chopsticks in the apps
Greentube, part of NOVOMATIC Interactive, announces straight from the G2E show floor that it has signed a partnership agreement with Gibraltar-based mobile gaming company Chopsticks in the apps Ltd. (Chopsticks). Under the agreement, Chopsticks will develop a range of popular mobile games into gambling titles that will be distributed by Greentube to its online, mobile, social and land-based channels.

Gumpoldskirchen, 26. September 2016 - The NOVOMATIC Group, Europe’s leading gaming technology group, is further expanding its international casino expertise with the recent inauguration of the Casino ADMIRAL San Roque, located in the south of Spain. The grand opening ceremony for the new casino, which had already been in operation since the end of July, was held on 23 September. The new premises were officially inaugurated by a special VIP guest: NOVOMATIC brand ambassador Niki Lauda. Numerous regional business representatives and politicians as well as 2,000 visitors attended the ceremony at the casino complex which spans a total surface area of 5,600 square meters, offering over 100 jobs.

Gumpoldskirchen – The globally-active gaming technology group NOVOMATIC AG is issuing a corporate bond with a volume of EURO 500 million (benchmark bond). Following a roadshow for institution investors in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Vienna, a 7-year bond fixed at 1.625% p.a. has been determined within the scope of the book-building process for the coupon bond.

CASAG: Austrian Solution prevented due to lack of Consensus with the Federal Competition Authority
Gumpoldskirchen, August 30, 2016 (OTS) – Despite months of negotiations with the Federal Competition Authority (BWB), NOVOMATIC, Europe's leading gaming technology Group, could not come to a consensus over the requirements to acquire part of Casinos Austria AG (CASAG). The BWB denied the merger because it would allegedly restrict competition.
