Our training and development offerings are aligned with the strategic needs of the company as well as the requirements of individual departments. To this end, we provide a company-wide knowledge platform that offers practical content, best practices, and concrete application tips accessible throughout the group. Digital learning
NOVOMATIC AG provides its employees with various learning platforms that enable them to pursue further training in a flexible manner tailored to their needs. Some of the learning content is developed in-house by the NOVOMATIC AG Learning & Development team to ensure that the training courses are optimally aligned with our tasks, processes, and target groups in terms of technical expertise, teaching methods, and content.

Corporate Coding Academy – Be part of the game
The “Corporate Coding Academy” (CCA) is an in-house, customized training program for the coding heroes of tomorrow. With this initiative, NOVOMATIC enables individuals with a certain affinity for software to enter an internationally operating gaming group and trains participants to become entry-level specialists in game development. This 6-month training program provides in-depth knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and SDL/Open GL, and offers the opportunity to join one of our game studios immediately afterwards.
International Casino Management Program – Be part of the Entertainment Spirit
Our International Casino Management Program (ICMP) is unique in Europe and offers candidates exclusive training at our gaming venues across Europe. Over the course of 12 months, trainees receive both personal development and professional training, becoming experts in the gaming industry. They gain comprehensive insights into various areas of the company at headquarters and during international assignments. The ICMP not only provides a broad-based training program in the gaming sector, but also offers tremendous networking potential and the possibility of a career within our international group.
