ICMP – the customized training program for our casino managers of tomorrow
Starting in May 2019, we will offer you an exclusive training course in the form of our International Casino Management Program, the only one of its kind in Europe: Become an expert in the gaming industry in just twelve months. You will become acquainted with the perspectives of a producer of innovative high-tech gaming equipment as well as an operator of around 2,100 gaming facilities around the world. You will internalize the processes and standards in our casinos, branches and at the Group holding company in Gumpoldskirchen, and inspire our guests every day anew with our entertainment offer. Personality development, coaching, exciting lectures and various workshops round off the diversity of the program. You will have a mentor who will support you with his or her many years of experience in the gaming industry for the duration of the program.

The exclusive program was developed in close coordination with experts of the NOVOMATIC Group as well as from our casinos and area managers from numerous branches throughout Europe in order to optimally train young talent. The ICMP model has four phases:

The legal framework conditions for providing gaming services in accordance with the law vary from country to country. This is why NOVOMATIC has defined its own rules on how services can be offered in a responsible way. These are contained in a Group-internal Corporate Responsible Gaming Codex, which must be complied with. Moreover, the services are offered exclusively in regulated markets.
Protecting the youth is particularly important and goes alongside our aim to provide our customers with open and objective information about the conditions of gaming and possible symptoms of excessive gaming. Consequently, NOVOMATIC take particular care to ensure that minors do not gain access to services.
All measures to protect customers are based on the principle of enhancing our customers’ personal responsibility. In addition to information brochures, which are available in several languages free of charge both online and offline, branch employees are also well trained and able to give proper information.
